1. Create a new 300x300 height. document and name it Solar Wind. Now press D and fill the document (with Black). Then, create a new layer, name it 'pipe'. Select the rectangular marquee tool and make a rectangular selection (like a pipe) in the middle of your canvas. Then select the gradient tool and choose linear gradient. Choose the premade copper gradient from the Gradient picker.

Then drag your gradient from the top of the selection to a bit below the selection
Then deselect and you will notice a kind of white line across the bottom of the 'pipe'. So select your Burn tool, and make your brush size about 65 pixels (the blurry one). Then darken the bottom of the pipe by dragging across horizontally and you will see it slowly darken. Hold Shift down to help keep the brush going in a straight line .

2. Now copy the layer, name it 'pipe burn', and change the blending mode to 'Multiply'. Then apply a splatter filter with settings [Spray Radius: 20-25, Smoothness: 15]. Now you can adjust the hue/saturation. Check the colorize box, then choose a color of your choice by dragging ONLY the Hue and Saturation bars around, leave the Lightness one alone. I choose a redy orange. Then add a noise filter with settings [Amount: 3-4, Gaussion Selected]. Now select your paintbrush tool. Then at the top bar you will see the following settings, make them same as this:

Then drag your paintbrush in a straight line across the top 2 times and then same for the bottom, just to give it a cool edge.

3. Now finally we will 'chisel' some text out. Select the horizontal type mask tool, then type in some text. Click on the check box in the upper right, then you will have the selection of text. Now right click on the 'pipe burn' layer (right click on the text, not the thumbnail), and select 'Layer Via Copy'. This makes a copied layer of only the selection part. Name this new layer 'text'. Then set the blending mode to 'Linear Burn' or you can leave it on Multiply if you like it more.

4. Then apply the layer style bevel and emboss, with THESE SETTINGS. There you have it, very cool pipe texture with some chiseled text in it.
