1. Start with a new canvas. I've used 350x350 but you can use whatever size you want.

First add some guides to the canvas. This will make it easier to get all the sircles start from the middle. Add a new layer.

Then apply a sircle. Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool. Start from the center of the guides and drag it out while holding down the Shift + Alt key.

2. Next select the Gradient Tool (G) and choose Angle Gradient. From the drop down meny choose Spectrum.

Drag a gradient from the middle and to the end of the sircle. (Don't deselect)

3. Make a new layer and fill the sircle with a light blue/green color (I've used # 5CD8D9). Lower the opacity of the new layer to 70%.

Merge the two layers together.

4. Add a new layer and make another circle a bit smaller than the first one. Fill it with the same colors as you used on the big one, deselect.

Change the layer style to Soft Light. Lower the opacity to 70%

Merge the two layers together.

5. Again make a new layer and a small sircle in the middle. Fill it with white and change the fill opacity to 50%. Deselect.

On the same layer add a smaller circle and hit delete. Now we are going to add some Bevel and Emboss. Use these settings:

7. The last thing we are going to do is to add some Bevel and Emboss to the whole CD. Start by merging all the layerst (except the background layer). Double click on the the layer and add these settings:

8. I almost forgot to add some Drop Shadow.

Ctrl Click on the layer and add a new layer. Fill the new layer with black. Deselect. Make a new circle and hit delete.

Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur and set the radius to 5 pixels, hit OK.

Move the layer below the other and move it a few pixels to the right and a few pixels down. Lower the opacity. Finished!
