1. Take a new file of 400 pixels 400 pixels of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
2. Now select the Ellipse Tool from the tool palette.
3. Now create a new layer from layer palette.
4. Use the ellipse tool and draw a new shape, fill with the color black.
5. Then go to Blending Option and select Gradient Overlay use these settings.
6. Your image should be look like this.
7. Now make the copy of layer1.
8. Create a new layer from the layer palette.
9. Now select the Pen Tool from the tool palette and make the new shape as shown image below.
10. Then go to Blending Option and select Gradient Overlay use these settings.
11. Your image should be look like this.
12. Now make the copy of new shape and set the second circle as shown image below.
13. Make the new layer from the layer palette.
14. Now select the Pen Tool create a new shape as shown image below.
15. Then right click and select the stroke path.
16. Your image should be look like this.
17. Then make the copy of stroke path layer and go to Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal.
18. And now make a new layer from a layer palette.
19. Now make a new shape with the help of pen tool.
20. Then right click select the Stroke Path.
21. And now select the Shape Tool from the tool palette use these settings.
22. Then create a new layer, draw a shape fill the color green as shown image below.
23. Then make the copy of new shape leave.
24. Here is your final image.
