Creating Vector Style Silhouetted Graphics Wallpaper

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply gradient settings as shown.

Duplicate the rectangle thrice. Change gradient colors in gradient overlay layer style.

Create a shape as shown using pen tool. Fill it with black color.

Create "Grass 2 " shape using custom shape tool. Fill it with black color.

Duplicate the layer several times and place as shown.

Insert an image of a girl.

Create selection of the girl using polygon lasso tool.

Remove the background from the girl image. Place it as shown.

Similarly insert more cutouts. Apply same layer style and place as shown in the image below.

Create "Floral Ornamental 1" shape using custom shape tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Change the layer mode to "Soft Light" and opacity to 30%.

Similarly insert more ornamental shapes. Place as shown.
