Begin by creating a new file (File>New), having 1024x768 px and 72 dpi. Next use the Paint Bucket Tool (G) to picture the new layer with black color.
For the beginning find in Internet a kind of pattern like the next one:
Edit>Define Pattern
Create a new layer and click on Edit>Fill to insert the pattern on our picture:
Select the next parameters for the layer: Fill 40%
Blending mode-Luminosity
Next we shall select the Rectangle Tool (U) to introduce the next background's layer on our picture. Its color is #C3DF15
Make a click on Add a Mask selection on the lowest part of the layers' panel and apply a standard brush, Brush Tool (B), Opacity of 10% and black color to clean out the yellow background, until we get it semitransparent one.
Select on this stage the Line Tool (U) to draw a thin stripe of white color.
(weight 20 px) The layer's parameters: Fill 30%
Download out of Internet a set of ready to use brushes for Adobe Photoshop, named: abstract mega pack brushes.
Create now a new layer (Create new layer) and use on it the brushes from the downloaded set, having white color.
Select for the brushes' layer the next parameters: Blending mode-Soft Light
Use one more time the Line Tool (U) to represent several other lines of white color.
(weight 20 px) And several other four lines of 3 px weight
Take the Ellipse Tool (U) and try to draw several white small circles:
We should use the same next demonstrated parameters for the white lines, made up with the Line Tool (U) and for the small circles: Fill 30%
Download out of Internet a picture having represented on it a young girl:
Cut it out and insert it on our basic picture, inclining the girl a little with the Free Transform option.
Choose now the Ellipse Tool (U) to draw a small circle, colored in #1D84FF
Select the next demonstrated parameters by making a mouse click on the processed layer on the layers' panel: Blending Options>Inner Glow
Blending Options>Stroke
Take the Rectangle Tool (U) to draw a flare above the blue circle. Using the Free Transform option, try to turn over the layer, which color is #48CEFF
Hold on Alt button while making a mouse click between the blue circle's layer and the flare (on the layers' panel).
The layer's parameters: Fill 80%
Applying the Custom Shape Tool (U) on this stage, it's possible to draw a white pointer, but the Free Transform selection may help us to turn over the element as it is shown next picture.
The layer's parameters: Blending Options>Outer Glow
Write the inscription that would contain the club's name. The text should look inclined a little and it is possible to get this result with Free Transform option.

Select now the Rectangle Tool (U) and represent a white flare on the text. Don't forget to turn over the layer with Free Transform option.
Press Alt button and make a mouse click between the layers of white flare and the text's one (on the layers' panel), the same way described above earlier. The layer's parameters: Blending mode-Soft Light
Insert also the text on our picture. Using the Free Transform option, try to incline a little the text:

The picture is finished!
