Begin by creating a new file, having 1280x1024 px. The background may be represented with the Rectangle Tool (U) by using it on the entire page.
Apply for this layer the Blending Options, indicated in the table below:
Now we shall use the Ellipse Tool (U) for drawing a kind of circle like that one from next picture:
Apply the Blending Options from here for the layer in case:
It's what we have got at this stage:
Make a copy of this layer and make a right mouse's click on it to call the Free Transform option for minimizing the copy the way it is shown next picture.
Try to represent now a complicated figure, composed of two ones.
Choose next the Ellipse Tool (U) and draw a circle. After that we have to use the Rectangle Tool (U) and press on the SHIFT button to insert a stripe on the circle, the same way it's demonstrated below: Apply for this figure the Blending Options introduced in the next tables:
You should get the same result shown next picture:
Insert now a black circle with the Ellipse Tool (U) as in the next model:
And then we'll introduce a stripe colored in #1B1B1B that may be drawn with the Rectangle Tool (U).
One more stripe must have the color #525252
Continue by representing the difficult circle. It's necessary to select the Ellipse Tool (U) and draw a circle which must be positioned like it's indicated below:
Apply the here presented Blending Options:
We'll get a kind of metallic disk, like this one from below:
We shall copy the disk by circle, as it's demonstrated next picture:
Now we have to choose one more time the Rectangle Tool (U) and represent a stripe.
Apply the Blending Options from the next table:
Make several copies of the stripe to introduce them on both sides.
One more circle should be drawn with the Ellipse Tool (U), applying the Blending Options also.
Create one more circle:
Blending Options:
The texture's title is Color paper>Linen weave
