Select next the Blending options and here choose Gradient Overlay option.

This is the picture you should get at this moment:

Continue by selecting the Custom Shape Tool on the tools' panel and choose out of the table a star shape, like this one shown below:

image 8

The star should look like a shining one. That is why we should select firstly Blending options / Outer Glow and set the parameters the way shown below:

image 9

It can shine now!

image 10

Next we should represent the star's shadow. It's possible to do this operation in the same menu Blending options/Drop Shadow, setting the same parameters as those from the next image:

Let's draw now the dice, because we have a casino, haven't we? Select the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) on the tools' panel for representing a rectangle that must be turned around the same way described below (it doesn't matter what color you choose, we'll change it later).

image 13

Make two copies of the last layer and hide them for a while. Next we should represent the points on the dice. Mark out the rectangle's layer and choose the Ellipse Tool (U), keeping pressed simultaneously Alt button and making small circles like you may see below:

image 14

It's time to make the necessary adjustments on the color. Select Blending Options Gradient Overlay

Set the gradient's colors:

image 17

We have to make the elements more voluminous and it is possible to do that by choosing Bevel and Emboss, setting everything as it is demonstrated next image:

image 18

image 19

We have to draw the shadow now by selecting in the menu Blending Options/Drop Shadow.

image 20

image 21

Make a copy of the last made layer. Take the Convert Point Tool to mark out the tops of the dice and shifting them a little:

image 22

Remember what I told you about the copied layers. One of it may be used just now. Make it visible again and place it above all the others. Make it of white color. Select now the Eraser Tool (E) of a bigger size and erase the circle demonstrated below. Fill 60% on the layer. Choose Soft Light mode instead of Normal.

image 23

Continue by working with the second hidden layer till now and make one copy of it. Next we shall represent the points with the Ellipse Tool (U) when pressing Alt button.

image 24

Choose Gradient Overlay.

Make visible again the layer we have copied earlier and place it above all the others. Apply the mask on it and erase with the instrument named eraser the inside elements. Fill 100% on the layer. Select Soft Light mode instead of Normal one.

image 38

We have a problem as you may see, because there may be seen the lower dice through the second one. But this is wrong and that is why we should create an empty layer above all the layers the second dice consists of. After that select the Brush Tool (B) and white color to paint out those zones belonging to the first dice that may be seen through the upper one.

image 39

The dices are already made up. It's time to entitle the casino. I have chosen Joker, but you can use a different name.

image 40

Select the Gradient Overlay option for our text:

For getting a nicer picture we have to draw behind the emblem a nice background by selecting the Fractal brushes out of a set of brushes downloaded from Internet and picture the background the way we want to.
