My Classic Mustang

Begin by creating a new file (File>New) that would have 1024x768 px and 72 dpi.

Next we should select the Rectangle Tool (U) to represent the background of our picture we want to get finally.

Select for the made layer the next parameters by making a mouse click on the necessary layer on the layers' panel. Blending Options>Gradient Overlay

Gradient's parameters:

Use the last applied tool to represent a horizontal stripe of white color, situated in the middle of the picture.

The layer's parameters: Fill 3%

Blending Options>Stroke

Find in Internet a photo, having pictured on it a Mustang car.

Cut out the car and insert it in the middle of our picture. Select the Free Transform option to incline a little the cut picture as it is demonstrated below:

Apply for the photo's layer the next parameters: Blending Options>Outer Glow

Download out of Internet now a set of ready to use brushes for Adobe Photoshop, named Floral, Vector flowers and blood brushes.

Create a new layer after for applying the Floral brushes out of the above mentioned set. The color is white. Place the brushes' layer lower than the car's layer on the layers' panel:

The layer's parameters: Fill 10%

Create a new layer and select for it the next brushes, named Vector flowers. The brushes' color is white too. Place this layer lower than the car's layer on the layers' panel.

The layer's parameters: Fill 20%

Blending mode-Hard Mix

We need to add the appropriate text My Mustang in the picture. We need also to write the words two times horizontally and one time - vertically, applying the Vertical type Tool. The text's color is white too.

For the two text's layers we'll select the next parameters from below:

Insert also the white figures "01".

Select for the layer next shown parameters: Fill 10%

Create a new layer and use on it the next set of brushes, named bloodbrushes2_invaynestock. The brushes' color is white. Place the layer containing the brushes lower than the car's layer on the layers' panel:

Create a new layer again and use on it the above mentioned set of brushes. This time select the next color for the brushes: #650034. This layer should be also placed lower than the car's layer on the layers' panel:

Create a new layer and apply a standard brush of white color for drawing a kind of train made of many points.

Apply the next parameter for the brush:

Use the Eraser Tool (E) (Opacity of 30%) to erase the train's edges, selecting the next parameters for it:

Fill 70%

Blending Options>Outer Glow
