Television Noise

Step 1: make a new document

Step 2: make a new layer and fill it with white

Step 3: duplicate this layer about 6 times

Step 4: on the first layer go to filter noise add noise

amount: 400%
distribution: uniform
monochromatic yes

Step 5: do step 4 on each duplicated layer

(you can do this easily by just pressing ctrl+f after selecting the layer you want to use it on)

Step 6: then jump to ImageReady! ( shift+ctrl+m )

When you're there, make sure you see the animation and the layers palette

If not go to window layers and/or window animation

Step 7: set the frame delay to 0,03 seconds

To do this: press on the 0 seconds under the (first) frame

Then just go to other and there type: 0,03 seconds

Step 8: duplicate the frame 5 times, you'll have 6 frames now

To Duplicate The Frame Press:

Step 9: now, on each frame you have to see another layer on each frame:

To do this, click the first frame:

Uncheck all the eyes in front of the layers on the layer palette

Except the eye in front of the layer you want to see

Make sure you do this one each frame and that each frame has another layer visible, otherwise it will look wyerd...

Step 10: now go to: file > save optimized as

Make sure you don't just save as, otherways it won't move
