Step 1
Open the new document. To begin with we will create a back background for our picture.
Name the first layer 'background' , and we will make its white with the help 'paint bucket tool' .
Then we will apply 'Filter / Texture / Texturizer'
Texturizer parameters
Scaling = 100 %
Relief = 4
Light = Bottom Left
Step 2
Copy and insert the image original into our document.
Name a layer 'Original'.
Duplicate a layer (ctrl+j) and we name 'Aquarelle'.
Now at us there are 3 layers:
- Aquarelle (Water colour-effect)
- Original (the image original)
- Background (paper)
Step 3 Correction of colour.
Take a layer 'Aquarelle'. Apply 'Image / Adjustments / Hue-Saturation'.
In a line "saturation" (saturation) put value-50 and press OK.
Step 4 Effect of a water colour.
Take a layer 'aquarelle'. Pass in 'Filter / Brush Strokes / Crosshatch'.

Strength = 1
Step 5
To make a paper structure on a picture, choose a layer 'Aquarelle' and apply:

Relief = 4
Light = Bottom Left
Step 6
Put Opacity for layer Aquarelle on 80%
Step 7
Unite layers 'Aquarelle' and 'Original'.
Step 8
Take 'Eraser tool'.
I used 'Charcoal Large Smear' for more beautiful effect of drawing.
Then establish a transparency erash about 10 %, for for effect of smoothness.
Now simply erase all superfluous on a picture. Try to "clean" a picture from different directions for more real effect painting.
Step 9
Duplicate a layer with a picture (ctrl+j) and name it' Aquarelle 2′. Put opacity on 80%.
And put Layer-mode for a layer 'aquarelle' on 'Luminosity' .
