This is a tutorial for thoes of you who are too lazy to complete the vector tutorial :P

1. Open your image, We have a picture of the famous Victoria Beckham

2. Click Filter > Artistic > cutout and add the following settings: (levels 8; edge simplicity 5; edge fidelity 2)

Its as easy as that! If you used our example to do the tutorial, the chances are it would look a bit off key due to the image been resized.
