1. First of all I have taken a new file of height = 400 pixels width = 400 pixels and resolution of 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
2. Make a new layer from the layer palette.
3. Go to Filter > Render > Clouds.
4. Go to Image > Adjustments > Curves apply the following setting.
5. Your image will look like this.
6. Go to Select > Color Range apply the following settings.
7. You should now have something like this.
8. Go to Select > Feather and enter a value of 2
9. Go to Filter > Render > Clouds. Don't deselect.
10. Go to Select > Inverse.
11. Go to Filter > Render > Different Clouds.
12. Go to Image > Adjustments > Hue&Saturation apply the following settings.
13. Your image will look like this.
14. Go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise (Uniform/Monochromatic, 20).
15. Now again go to Filter > Texture > Craquelure and apply the following settings.
16. Your image will look like this.
17. Go to Select > Inverse.
18. Click Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation Apply the following setting.
19. Your image will look like this.
20. Click Filter > Distort > Ocean Ripple use these settings.
21. Here is your final image.
