1. First of all open a new document here I have used document size- 400x400pixel . RGB .
2. Fill the Black color in the Background .
3. Select the Type tool from the Tool bar. Now type any words help by Text tool with white color. as showed below
4. Now Ctrl click the layer with your text on it .
5. Go to Layer > Rasterize > Type
6. Now Take the Gradient tool with Black to White .. Click the top of the selected area. Hold shift and drag your mouse to the bottom of the area .
7. Now go to Filter > Render > Lighting effects. Choose the setting below
8. Go to Image > Adjustment > Curves. Choose the setting below
9. Next Go to Image > Adjust > Hue/ Saturation. Choose the setting: Colorize box checked : Hue : 41 , Saturation : 71 , Lightness 0, after that deselect
10. Now here create a new layer Ctrl+click on it text layer after that go to Select menu > Modify > Contract , contract by 6 pixel
11. Fill the white color in the selection as shown below in the image.
12. Now go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise. Choose the settings below after that press Ctrl+F
13. Double click on it layer for Layer style now click the Stroke change the color to black and the size to 1pixel, now click Bevel and Emboss . Choose the settings below which is appearing below
14. It should look like the image below
15. Now select the Brush tool and select the Assorted Brushes. complete formerly as shown below
