1. New Image

This is a very nice text effect I stumbled across! First make a new document and type your text, i've also made a gradient background to make things look a lot nicer.

The two colors I've used are #F8DA2A and #F3A819

Layer Style

Apply the following layer styles:

Drop Shadow:

Gradient Overlay:

The result is quite nice.
